Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bunzl UK and Ireland. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in achieving branch sales, profit, and customer service targets.

Sales Objectives

  1. Make daily outbound sales calls to generate repeat orders and maximise sales and margin through range extensions and own brand products.
  2. Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets, working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential.
  3. Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and review customer trends to identify ways to increase sales and margin.
  4. Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.
