Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in achieving exceptional sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6-8 sales account managers in achieving sales targets and exceeding performance objectives.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to ensure their success.
  • Actively engage in the sales process, consistently exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Ensure the region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of sales success managing sales professionals in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales environments.
  • A minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience.
  • Well-trained in both sales and sales leadership.
  • Experience leading a team selling FMCG, Utilities, Consumer Goods, B2B Solutions or FM Services.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
