Job Title: Internal Sales Lead Coordinator

Location: Southampton

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours

Salary: up to £28,500 + Bonus

Job Role

To achieve branch sales, profit, and customer service targets, you will assist in making outbound sales calls, growing new and lapsed accounts, and maintaining effective communications with internal and external teams.

Sales

  • Make daily sales calls to generate repeat orders and maximise sales and margin through range extensions and own brand products.
  • Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolios against targets, working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential.
  • Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and review customer trends to identify ways to increase sales and margin.
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.
