About the Position
i-Jobs invites applications for the position of Financial Manager in our Children and Schools division.
Key Accountabilities:- Offer expert financial advice to senior stakeholders and elected members.
- Lead the delivery of financial support across the Children and Families Directorate, covering Children's Social Care and Home to School Transport.
- Supervise accounting processes for the Dedicated Schools Grant.
- Collaborate with the Finance Leadership Team to define the finance strategy.
Compensation Package: £34 per hour (PAYE)
Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours per week
