Sales Excellence Executive

Mantell Associates is a specialist headhunting firm partnering with leading global organisations in the Life Sciences and Diagnostics sectors.
Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in Life Science, Pharmacology, or a related field, with a proven track record of revenue generation. A strong interest in sales and motivation to learn advances in biotechnology are also essential.
The Senior Sales Specialist will achieve corporate sales goals within their assigned territory by engaging with prospective customers, managing negotiations, and securing contracts. They will clearly communicate company principles and services, attending trade shows and conferences to represent the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve corporate sales targets through proactive engagement with potential customers
- Actively manage relationships with key stakeholders to explore business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events to showcase expertise and build brand awareness
- Provide regular feedback to company leadership on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacology, or a related field
- Proven sales experience with a focus on revenue generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events
