About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting Building and Estates Management by ensuring that grounds services are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This will involve working closely with suppliers to monitor contract performance and address any concerns that may arise.

The role will also involve managing bookings for the Campus Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) and ensuring that the site is maintained in accordance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Service Support Advisor will assist with the management of Centralisation of Site Forklift Trucks and Utility Meter Reading and Recharging Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contract performance and address any concerns that may arise
  • Manage bookings for the MUGA
  • Maintain site facilities in accordance with safety regulations
  • Assist with the management of Centralisation of Site Forklift Trucks
  • Support the management of Utility Meter Reading and Recharging Systems

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a good basic level of education, good IT skills, and experience in dealing with suppliers. They must also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks appropriately, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
