We are seeking an experienced Service Support Advisor to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our grounds services are delivered to the highest standard.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, monitoring contract performance, and addressing any concerns that may arise.

The successful applicant will also be involved in managing bookings for the MUGA, maintaining site facilities in accordance with safety regulations, and assisting with the management of Centralisation of Site Forklift Trucks and Utility Meter Reading and Recharging Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor contract performance
  • Address any concerns that may arise related to contract performance
  • Manage bookings for the MUGA
  • Maintain site facilities in accordance with safety regulations
  • Assist with the management of Centralisation of Site Forklift Trucks
  • Support the management of Utility Meter Reading and Recharging Systems

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a good basic level of education, good IT skills, and experience in dealing with suppliers. They must also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks appropriately, and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
