ROLE SUMMARY
Civil Engineering Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Senior QS with NEC4 experience, you will play a key role in delivering large civil engineering contracts.
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to lead site-based teams. A strong understanding of RC structures, roads, drainage, paving, steel frames, and exterior cladding is essential.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Lead site-based teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
