Job Summary

Civil Engineering Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 expertise to lead our team in delivering a large civil engineering contract in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the contract
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and contract management
  • NEC4 certification and knowledge of UK construction regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
