As a Senior Residential Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for planning and implementing personalized care plans, leading a team of Care Assistants and maintaining accurate records of your job. You will also assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and residents
  • Recognizing the signs of possible abuse and knowing what to do if there are any concerns
  • Attending safeguarding training and undertaking additional training in associated areas
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, nutritious meals during shifts of eight hours or more, and much more.
