Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • To lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring our services meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care
