Senior Homecare Manager Wanted

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Homecare Manager to join our team at Adult Social Care in Mansfield.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team, promoting our service through community engagement and social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring high standards of safety and quality for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the service on social media and the community to increase new client referrals.
  • Managing clients' care plans and ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
  • Managing the development and retention of all care staff.
  • Having a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare.
  • A working towards or achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • A UK Driving Licence.

The successful candidate will have a salary of £45,000 per annum and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
