Trainer Position Summary
Barchester Healthcare invites applications for a Trainer in Residential Care to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide induction and development training to circa 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region, ensuring staff are confident and competent in delivering exceptional care to residents and patients.

You will work closely with Home Managers to implement individual personal development plans, promoting learning and development opportunities within the organisation. Your coaching and people skills will empower new team members, fostering a culture of compassion and person-centered care.

To be successful in this role, you will need a C&G 7300 qualification (or equivalent), Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience, and a full UK driving licence. Our rewards package includes a competitive salary, company car, laptop, phone, pension contribution, and life cover.
