We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our sales efforts and maintain customer success in the European market for our Real Money Games portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enable the conversion of sales initiatives and leads to actual signed agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming sector.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Help and support the sales team to negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor revenues/GGR performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer success experience in the casino or online gaming industry, with a focus on real money games, and at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the European gaming market and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenues targets.
