Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our station team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sell the full range of tickets and services to our customers, ensuring that they are aware of all available options and can make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our stations are clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our customers.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth by adopting selling techniques and offering enhanced products to customers.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of ticket machines and IT equipment to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Accurately complete all accountancy and other associated documentation to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide information and assistance to customers, including answering questions and providing directions.
- Ensure the safety of customers, staff, visitors, and contractors by following all relevant health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately complete paperwork and records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of organizational skills.
- Own transport, with a valid driving license.
