Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support the welfare and educational needs of our students. As an Education Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with teachers and staff to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with their academic and personal development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Assist with the implementation of individualized learning plans and provide additional support as needed
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy school community

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. A suitable candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and learning theories, as well as experience working in a school setting.
