Woodrow Mercer Tech is a manufacturing company that places technology at the heart of its operations. With significant investments in its IT infrastructure, they are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to support and advance these efforts.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Team, ensuring efficient management and service delivery. This includes guaranteeing the availability and optimal performance of the ERP system and other critical business applications at all times. Additionally, the IT Service Manager will cultivate and strengthen partnerships with the IT Managed Service Provider and other strategic vendors, lead the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects, and provide strategic and tactical input into the direction of IT services and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management
  • Previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role
  • ITIL Certification
  • Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration, as well as other Microsoft products
  • Proven experience in managing cybersecurity practices to align with best practices

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
