Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team as the first point of contact for service engineers and clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience on a service desk and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate work to service engineers
  • Manage emails and telephone call enquiries
  • Order parts and supplies
  • Keep clients informed about job progress
  • Chase up jobs and ensure they are assigned to a service engineer
  • Process job sheets, quotes, and purchase orders

Requirements

  • Previous experience on a service desk
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company pension scheme and 20+8 holidays.
