Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  2. Process orders and manage our Prima back-office system.
  3. Supply customers with accurate quotes and product information.
  4. Furnish customers with delivery details for their orders.
  5. Administer our recycling service setup and collection process.
  6. Support Sales Consultants by providing customers with customized quotations.
  7. Promote existing accounts to maximize their spending and purchases from Smiths Business Supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
