Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- Process orders and manage our Prima back-office system.
- Supply customers with accurate quotes and product information.
- Furnish customers with delivery details for their orders.
- Administer our recycling service setup and collection process.
- Support Sales Consultants by providing customers with customized quotations.
- Promote existing accounts to maximize their spending and purchases from Smiths Business Supplies.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
