At Smiths Business Supplies, we are looking for a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our company's growth.
About the Job- Answer incoming calls and queries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders onto the Prima back-office system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support sales consultants by providing customers with quotes and product information.
- Release marketing information to customers on a regular basis.
- Manage PODs, faulty enquiries, returns, credits, and liaison with the Managing Director.
- Provide customers with delivery information for their orders.
- Ongoing creation of contacts on Prima and online account monitoring/maintenance.
- Ongoing development of skills to maintain current level of service for customers.
- Support Sales Consultants by providing customers with specific quotations.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Environment: Office-based, with occasional opportunities for remote work.
Hours: Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for overtime or special events.
