Job Overview

At Smiths Business Supplies, we are looking for a skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our company's growth.

About the Job
  1. Answer incoming calls and queries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Process orders onto the Prima back-office system with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Support sales consultants by providing customers with quotes and product information.
  4. Release marketing information to customers on a regular basis.
  5. Manage PODs, faulty enquiries, returns, credits, and liaison with the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with delivery information for their orders.
  • Ongoing creation of contacts on Prima and online account monitoring/maintenance.
  • Ongoing development of skills to maintain current level of service for customers.
  • Support Sales Consultants by providing customers with specific quotations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

Environment: Office-based, with occasional opportunities for remote work.
Hours: Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for overtime or special events.
