Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead our IT Support Team and drive the development of our IT strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate partnerships with key vendors.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Team, ensuring efficient management and service delivery.
  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with the IT Managed Service Provider and other strategic vendors.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects.
  • Develop and enforce IT and cybersecurity processes to safeguard the business, enhance resilience, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Continuously enhance the end-user experience, driving satisfaction and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management.
  • Previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration, as well as other Microsoft products.
  • Proven experience in managing cybersecurity practices to align with best practices.
