**Office Manager Job Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team in Dungiven. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration of the office and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage administration staff and promote a positive office working environment.
  2. Handle personnel issues in a professional and respectful manner.
  3. Ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  4. Manage and update estimating, sales, delivery, and invoicing data.
  5. Work closely with sales to monitor project progress and pricing.
  6. Provide backup support for all office functions.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  8. Facilitate collaboration between Site and Office teams.
  9. Oversee the implementation of software systems and external tools.
  10. Participate actively in the management team.
  11. Foster a positive company image.
  12. Maintain accurate attendance records for office staff.
  13. Support quality and H&S initiatives.
  14. Perform additional tasks as required by the Company Director.

Key Requirements:

  • Desirable experience in Construction or Manufacturing.

Salary Range:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Working Hours:** 09:00am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday
