As a Senior Behavioural Scientist at CoachHub GmbH, you will be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the coaching industry. Our mission is to democratize coaching for all career levels worldwide, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic account consultations as an expert advisor, guiding client conversations with key enterprise prospects and customers.
  • Develop compelling business cases showcasing the return on investment (ROI) and value creation of CoachHub's offering and programmatic behavioural change interventions.
  • Pitch solution proposals to C-level executives and HR representatives at the client side as part of both pre- and post-sales, and official RFP processes.
  • Conduct science-driven evaluations on coaching programs' impact and behavioural changes within client target groups.
  • Deliver use case-based strategic client workshops, addressing renewal, churn, and account expansion.
  • Establish expert content on behavioural science solutions for pre-sales pitch decks.
Thought Leadership:
  • Represent CoachHub GmbH as a speaker at leading regional industry and scientific events.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to create and facilitate webinars and masterclasses hosted by CoachHub.
  • Give interviews to established regional newspapers and magazines.
Enablement:
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to create global training on coaching, coaching use cases, and CoachHub's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the VP France Sales to align on regional development needs and required materials for both pre- and post-sales activities.
Innovation:
  • Liaise with various departments within CoachHub and academic partners to leverage the latest scientific and practical insights for customer application and drive product innovation.
  • Collaborate with the R&D organization to scope and develop new features that enhance CoachHub's product offering.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Native French and fluent English speaker.
  • At least 5 years of HR and/or Learning and Development consulting role, internal Learning and Development role, internal HR role focused on Talent Management, or Solutions Consulting role.
  • Experience leading consultations and engagement with senior level stakeholders across a range of industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Coach.
  • Additional languages is advantageous.
  • International experience preferred.
