About the RoleAs a Senior Behavioural Scientist at CoachHub GmbH, you will embody the scientist-practitioner model by combining coaching science and best practice with the context of an enterprise organization. Your primary goal is to empower our top customers to drive meaningful change with digital coaching.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on coaching strategy, program design, evaluation approach, multi-stakeholder coaching contracting, change management, and communication strategy for complex, globally scaled coaching programmes.
- Develop compelling and tailored business cases, showcasing the return on investment (ROI) and value creation of CoachHub's offering and programmatic behavioural change interventions.
- Pitch solution proposals to C-level executives and HR representatives at the client side as part of both pre- and post-sales, and official RFP processes.
- Conduct science-driven evaluations on coaching programs' impact and behavioural changes within client target groups; designing pre-, mid-, and post-assessments at both quantitative and qualitative levels.
- Deliver use case-based strategic client workshops, addressing renewal, churn, and account expansion, significantly influencing success of global accounts and internal revenue growth.
- Establish expert content on behavioural science solutions for pre-sales pitch decks, actively shaping the quality and positioning of CoachHub's offerings.
- Engage in account strategy development, deal reviews, forecast calls, as well as weekly and monthly regional and global sales team meetings to ensure alignment and quality assurance.
- Act as a thought leader and represent CoachHub GmbH as a speaker at leading regional industry and scientific events, collaborating closely with Marketing.
- Serve as a regional thought leader and expert in the application and implementation of coaching in the workplace, with profound expertise in HR, L&D, behavioural science, behavioural change, organizational change and transformation, change management, and leadership.
- Leverage expert knowledge to create and facilitate webinars and masterclasses hosted by CoachHub GmbH, focusing on the latest HR topics and science-backed L&D solutions.
- Give interviews to established regional newspapers and magazines.
- Offer guidance to the Marketing team on localized content, client account-based marketing initiatives, and thought leadership.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and the VP France Sales to upskill CoachHub GmbH's regional and global revenue teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create global training on coaching, coaching use cases (e.g., change and transformation or digital transformation), and CoachHub GmbH's offerings.
- Work closely with the VP France Sales to align on regional development needs and required materials for both pre- and post-sales activities.
- Conduct regional enablement sessions and workshops to enhance sales practices and consultation expertise within the France region.
- Liaise with various departments within CoachHub GmbH and academic partners to leverage the latest scientific and practical insights for customer application and drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with the R&D organization to scope and develop new features that enhance CoachHub GmbH's product offering and contribute to highly strategic and commercially-focused projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for CoachHub GmbH's global leadership in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Coach Relations, Sales Enablement, and Product.
- Partner with CoachHub GmbH's Science Council and leading Coaching Organizations to access the latest coaching research, science, and content for coaching practice, and to generate joint research opportunities.
- Native French and fluent English speaker.
- You have at least 5 years of HR and/or Learning and Development consulting role, internal Learning and Development role, internal HR role focused on Talent Management, or Solutions Consulting role.
- Experience leading consultations and engagement with senior level stakeholders across a range of industries.
- Are curious and create strong partnerships with internal and external partners, including executive level.
- You are a certified Coach.
- Additional languages is advantageous.
- International experience preferred.
You are able to travel up to 20% of your work time.
