As a Behavioural Scientist, you will play a key role in applying the principles of behavioural science to understand and influence user behaviours related to pension management and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive studies on user behaviour and decision-making processes to identify patterns, trends, and user behaviours.
  • Analyse user behaviours and patterns to inform journey mapping, ensuring it reflects real user experiences and touchpoints.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of pension-related digital platforms, tools, and services.
  • Simplify complex pension-related concepts using behavioural framing techniques to make them more understandable and actionable for users.
  • Design and implement studies that explore user attitudes, behaviours, and experiences with pension products and services.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, and experiments, to gather comprehensive user insights.
  • Analyse research data to identify behavioural trends and insights that can inform UX strategies.
  • Translate complex behavioural data into actionable insights for the UX team.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create interfaces that align with users' cognitive and emotional needs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to test design hypotheses and iterate based on user feedback and behavioural data.
Requirements
  • Pensions experience.
  • Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies, and diary studies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data gathered from user research activities.
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with pension users and articulate findings in a clear, concise and compelling manner in front of stakeholders at all levels of our organization.
