Business Development Executive

Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive new business activity.
- Attend and close sales appointments, leveraging your consultative selling skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential introducers and referral partners to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Confident in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
- Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, attending high volumes of weekly meetings.
- Previous field-based experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- A competitive salary, with a guaranteed £60,000 in the first year and OTE of £110,000.
