Are you a seasoned Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive new business activity.
  • Attend and close sales appointments, leveraging your consultative selling skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential introducers and referral partners to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring seamless sales processes.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Confident in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, attending high volumes of weekly meetings.
  • Previous field-based experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary, with a guaranteed £60,000 in the first year and OTE of £110,000.
