- Sell to sub-contractors, growing the business through regular contact, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Visit the factory once a month, based in Wiltshire, and engage with new and existing customers on a weekly basis.
- Assist in producing technical quotations and proposals to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the technical capabilities and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
- Proven track record of selling to sub-contractor clients within the fabrication industry.
- Technical and commercial acumen.
- Hunter mentality and a proven ability to win new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary up to £50,000.
- Car allowance of minimum £6,000.
- 23 days' holiday and 8 bank holidays per year.
- 3-month probation period.
- Company pension scheme.
