About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the UK, focusing on the fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to win new business across the UK in the fabrication industry.
  • Sell to sub-contractors, growing the business through regular contact, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Visit the factory once a month, based in Wiltshire, and engage with new and existing customers on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in producing technical quotations and proposals to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the technical capabilities and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling to sub-contractor clients within the fabrication industry.
  • Technical and commercial acumen.
  • Hunter mentality and a proven ability to win new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £50,000.
  • Car allowance of minimum £6,000.
  • 23 days' holiday and 8 bank holidays per year.
  • 3-month probation period.
  • Company pension scheme.
