Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and timely follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Contribute to the development of sales initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

What We Offer:

Salary Range: £27,000 - £32,000, dependent upon experience, plus monthly commission
