About the Role

Citrus Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client's team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the UK, focusing on the fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales strategy to win new business across the UK in the fabrication industry.
  • Sell to sub-contractors and grow the business through regular contact, via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Visit the factory once a month to stay updated on production and meet with new and existing customers.
  • Assist in the production of technical quotations associated with supply proposals, after-sales and service queries, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the technical capability and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling to a sub-contractor client base within the fabrication industry.
  • Technical and commercial astuteness to understand the industry and customer needs.
  • Hunter mentality and a proven track record in winning new business.
  • Proven track record in winning new business and driving sales growth.
Benefits
  • Salary up to £50,000
