Job Title: FMCG National Account Manager WFH

Join Seven Search and Selection Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, in this exciting opportunity to become a FMCG National Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing national accounts within the hospitality sector.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing national accounts within the hospitality sector and will be responsible for shaping and delivering successful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a passion for national accounts, and a flair for commerciality. They will also have good insight and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to action opportunities to drive profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage national accounts within the hospitality sector
  • Shape and deliver successful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional strategies
  • Have full P&L ownership for customers and be focused on building long-lasting relationships with buyers and other contacts within accounts
  • Maintain a deep understanding of your accounts, their shoppers, and strategy to identify opportunities for growth through successful activation and distribution gains
Requirements:
  • Upward curve National Account Manager ideally with hospitality experience, but not essentially
  • Experience in food or drink FMCG or delivery aggregator experience such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats
  • Excellent negotiation skills, passion for national accounts, and flair for commerciality
  • Good insight and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to action opportunities to drive profit
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to work independently on your own initiative
