National Account Manager - FMCG

About the Role

Pie Recruitment is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join a leading FMCG business in the Convenience channel. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with national account customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Convenience channel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads for targeted accounts.
  • Develop and deliver pitch decks for commercial and consumer-focused proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with national account customers to maximize profitability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by attending industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, promoting brand awareness and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop promotional programs and campaigns tailored to your customers to drive product visibility, sales, and market share.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Management or Business Development role within FMCG.
  • Existing network within the OOH sector and Convenience accounts.
