Job Title: National Account Manager

At Vertical Advantage, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering annual sales plans for our portfolio of grocery and convenience accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement joint business plans with national accounts to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Manage trading relationships and negotiate terms to optimize business outcomes
  • Monitor and review sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Direct responsibility for account forecasting and investment planning
  • Implement account investment plans to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to trade in a seasonal business
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to achieve sales profitability and budget goals
