About the Role

FMCG Selection is seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our branded healthcare products within key retail customers, including Tesco, Boots, and Superdrug.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers to maximize product brand shares
  • Set promotional plans aligned with brand strategy and control budgets
  • Monitor account development, deliver sales targets, and report competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of growing and developing business within retail customers, with experience in branded FMCG products, ideally healthcare or OTC medicine. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
