About the Role

We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of branded healthcare products within a portfolio of Pharmacy Wholesale customers.

As a National Account Manager, you will work closely with our Country Manager and collaborate with the wider commercial team to set promotional plans aligned with brand strategy, maximise product brand shares, and provide influential support to customers.

Your key responsibilities will include developing joint business plans, forecasting sales, maintaining updated reports, setting promotional activity, and controlling budgets. Monitoring account development, delivering sales targets, and reporting competitor activity will be vital to achieving success.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business with pharmacy wholesale customers.

Experience within branded FMCG products is essential, ideally healthcare or OTC medicine. You will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

This is a home-based role, with travel to customers and an expectation to visit our South East head office once or twice a month.
