Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
- Participate in service planning and business development activities, contributing to the growth and improvement of our mental health services.
- Collaborate with local managers and professional colleagues to ensure the efficient running of services and share best practices with consultant colleagues.
- Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Attend and participate in the Trust's academic program, including lectures and seminars, to enhance your professional development and contribute to the Trust's CPD program.
