**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process high-volume invoicing for sales and purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Effectively match, batch, and code invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage customer and supplier queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately reconcile supplier statements to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring prompt payment and excellent customer service.
  • Enter accurate data into our in-house system, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Ensure prompt payment of invoices, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
