**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage high-volume invoicing, including Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Effectively match, batch, and code invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment
- Carry out bank reconciliations and manage customer and supplier queries
- Accurately reconcile supplier statements and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Ensure prompt payment of invoices and maintain accurate records
