The University of Oxford TSS is looking for a skilled Temporary Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis for 3 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including welcoming visitors, taking phone calls, and maintaining the reception area.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting arrangements for conferences, seminars, and meetings. This may include booking equipment, parking, meeting rooms, and catering.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this role is £18-22 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
