About the Team

The IT support group at the University of Oxford is a dynamic and supportive team that works together to deliver an effective service to students and staff. As a Senior Exam Projects Supervisor, you will be an integral part of this team, providing administrative and operational support to the Student Assessments section.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from across the university, gaining experience in several operational areas, including examination timetabling and invigilation management.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience working in a student-focused/customer service environment
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Student Systems (eVision/SITS)
  • Able to communicate effectively with students, administrators, and academic staff
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will receive a contributory pension scheme, 38 days annual leave, and access to a comprehensive range of benefits, including cycle loan scheme, discounted bus travel, and membership to social and sports clubs.
