We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build relationships, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Commercial Modelling: Create detailed financial models and business cases to inform decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strategic thinking and organizational expertise.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits.
