Job Description

The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

This will involve leading a team to identify new opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional value propositions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify new growth opportunities, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Partnership Building: Secure strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinking and organizational expertise.
    • Strong client relationship management.
    • Analytical prowess with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Dynamics.
    What We Offer
