The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of early-career professionals, fostering their growth and success.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with team leadership experience.
- Skills:

- Strong client relationship management.
- Analytical prowess with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Dynamics.
- £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
