Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Housekeeping Manager to join our team at WGC Ltd. As the Head of Hotel Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team and driving improvements in productivity and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Improve room cleaning efficiency, analyze guest feedback, and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment by maintaining strong relationships with hotel teams and suppliers.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs to ensure the hotel's financial success.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
