An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Scheduling Department at Barts Health NHS Trust. We are recruiting an experienced and motivated individual to lead a team of schedulers, ensuring efficient and effective systems of work are carried out.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide a consistent approach across the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating patient pathways to maximise use of theatres, as well as experience in service evaluation and audit.

With extensive experience in scheduling and 18 week target management, you will be able to ensure that patients experience good communication, choice and a personal and responsive service. You will also be able to train others in the use of Microsoft Office.

Benefits include a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of other benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
