The Area Operations Controller (AOC) at G4S Secure Solutions (UK) is responsible for coordinating regional scheduling, managing employee absence, and producing key performance reports. Working closely with the Deployment team, this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of contacts and exposure to confidential information. To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:

Main Responsibilities
  • Effective scheduling: Manage employee and portfolio scheduling to achieve 100% of contractual and temporary hour targets.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with the Ops Team, colleagues, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Absence management: Address unplanned absences promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining continuity of service.
  • Report production: Deliver high-quality performance reports, providing insights into key metrics and operational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling software and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Based on industry standards and the demands of the role, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £26,250. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
