Legal Secretary

At Kamro Ltd, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic residential property team. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our Partners in the residential property department, as well as assisting other Partners and solicitors when needed.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve using digital dictation to produce various types of correspondence, forms, and documents. You'll also handle important administrative tasks related to conveyancing transactions, such as managing documentation and opening new matters and files. Clear and polite communication with clients will be essential to ensure a smooth workflow.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining and organising case files and client records to ensure everything is up to date. You will also assist with general administrative tasks and take telephone messages from clients and professionals.
Key requirements for this role include previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential property law. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster great relationships.

Working Hours:
- Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
