Customer Success Manager

Edmund Optics is a leading manufacturer and supplier of optics, imaging, and photonics technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Team Lead to join our team in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for managing the Product Support Team with the aim to maximize customer satisfaction.
Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to increase regional customer satisfaction for technical and applications support activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years experience in technical sales and/or product support. You will be knowledgeable about sales and support processes and fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred. Travel willingness is also essential as you may need to attend tradeshows and visit other Edmund Optics sites occasionally.
We offer a competitive salary package of £55,000 - £65,000 per year, alongside a range of employee benefits including company pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, extensive training and development opportunities, subsidized gym membership, cycle to work scheme, and company events. This office-based position can be located in York (UK), Mainz (Germany), or Lyon (France), depending on your preference.
