We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of nominated customer accounts and ensuring that the customers needs are fulfilled.

This will involve maintaining regular contact with Customers and other external contractors to keep up to date on project plans.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing customer orders by coordinating the activities of sub contractors, Omega in house production and installation.

Key Performance Indicators
  • To ensure Customer invoicing is carried out no later than 4 days after job completion.
  • To ensure both the ERP system (M1) and customer activity trackers are updated daily.
  • To investigate at least 2 under performing jobs per month and report on reasons.
