Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Manager to manage our Product Support Team in EMEA. The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team productivity.

Key Functions:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Lead the Product Support Team to achieve high productivity and individual accountability.
  3. Schedule Sales & Applications Engineers for efficient phone, email, and chat coverage.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to gather customer feedback and identify support needs.
  5. Three years' experience in technical sales and/or product support.
  6. Proficiency in sales and support processes.
  7. Fluent English; additional languages welcome.
  8. Occasional travel for tradeshows and site visits.

Salary and Benefits:
