Job Responsibilities

The Product Support Manager will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Managing and developing the product support team to ensure they are equipped to provide expert technical support to customers.
  • Developing and executing a long-term strategy for continuous improvement of our sales process and customer journey.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting them to stakeholders.
  • Assisting the product support team with complex technical inquiries and involving solutions engineers when necessary.

A salary of approximately $55,000 - $75,000 per year is estimated, depending on location and experience.
