As a Production Specialist at LiNa Energy, you will be part of our technical team driving cutting-edge battery technology to full commercialisation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Manufacturing team to operate our state-of-the-art electrolyte line.
  2. Manage critical electrolyte processes, including metal preparation, sintering, and quality checks.
  3. Conduct day-to-day maintenance of process equipment.
  4. Implement operational solutions to improve quality and throughput with the manufacturing team.
  5. Produce suspensions for screen printing.
  6. Contribute to team discussions on developing operational and research solutions.
  7. Understand and adhere to chemical and laboratory work safety principles, operational efficiency, and delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ Years Industrial experience in production, ideally working with ceramics or furnaces.
  • The individual should be reactive, hands-on, with great attention to detail.
  • A keen individual to develop and become a process owner.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
